Corey attended The School of Visual Arts and was awarded Best Cinematography in his graduating year. Shortly after he was honored with The Kodak Vision Award for Cinematography at Slamdance for his break-out documentary “Shunka”. He is a thirteen year member of the Local 600 International Cinematographers Guild. Corey cut his teeth pulling focus and operating for legends such as Fred Elmes, Ken Kelsch, Jody Lee Lipes, and Russell Carpenter, to name a few. After 15 years in the industry it's plain to see Corey loves his job and is a trusted ally on and off set. You should say hi.
